Dr. Rahi Victory Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists The namesake of our practice, Dr. Victory is a board-certified Obstetrician, Gynaecologist and Infertility specialist dedicated to helping improve the reproductive health of men and women. .

DR. SHERINE RAHAL
Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) Msc, MD, FRCSC,
Dr. Sherine Rahal Msc, MD, FRCSC, is a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) specialist known for her extraordinary compassion and dedication to her patients. Dr. Rahal completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Ottawa. She then spent two years at Dalhousie University in Halifax, completing her subspecialty fellowship training in REI. She is an active member of both the Canadian Fertility & Andrology Society and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
Dr. Rahal is passionate about providing unparalleled care to all patients. She believes in a thorough history, followed by advanced testing and assessments, culminating in transparent communication and education on what options are available and which best suit each patient’s needs. She is an outstanding addition to the VRC family bringing her vibrant, intellectual and patient-centered approach to every case, while being sensitive to the cultural and social values of every individual. Her fluency in Arabic is an enormous advantage for middle-eastern patients needing fertility care.

DR. FARIBA KHOSRAVI
Lab Director
ABOUT ME
She is passionate about exceptional patient satisfaction and derives great joy from each and every pregnancy achieved. Fariba is the Laboratory Director and Senior Embryologist at Victory Reproductive Care where she has been a key part of the team delivering some of the highest pregnancy rates of any fertility centre across the country. By applying sophisticated techniques in the laboratory, and delicate handling of the gametes and the embryos, she aims to increase the effectiveness of treatment and the likelihood of successful pregnancies. She ensures that the VRC not only meets, but exceeds the highest laboratory standards. Fariba holds a Ph.D. in Reproductive Biology from Queens University jointly conferred with Tehran University.
EXPERIENCE
Dr. Fariba Khosravi has over 15 years of experience in reproductive biology and assisted reproductive techniques, working in a number of different fertility centres in Canada and the United States. She is an expert in a number of cutting edge and advanced assisted reproductive techniques.
Dr. Kerry Mayrand
Family Medicine Practicing in Women’s Health
Dr. Kerry Mayrand is a uniquely brilliant and talented family physician with a specific interest in women’s health and pregnancy. She is a graduate of the University of Windsor in Environmental Engineering and the Department of Education, also the McMaster University Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine. She completed her residency training through the University of Western Ontario , Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, Windsor Campus. Dr. Mayrand is known for her exceptional empathy and compassion and unparalleled skills in helping patients navigate through emotionally and psychologically difficult circumstances.
Dr. Jennifer Strong
Naturopathic Doctor
As a licensed naturopathic doctor, Jen is immensely passionate about working with people to help them better understand their health and its role in reproductive care, and empower them to make positive changes to improve their chances of fertility. Naturopathic care is a unique and individualized treatment plan that looks at the root cause of health concerns and addresses them naturally. Many treatment options are available including nutritional support, supplementation, herbal remedies, homeopathic remedies and acupuncture.

Wendy works behind the scenes to make sure staff have all the tools they need to perform their daily tasks and to provide the best quality care to our patients. She oversees business administration and development to ensure a seamless synthesis between scientific, technological and clinical advances which ultimately allow the staff to deliver the best and most authentic patient experience possible.

As a cornerstone of our practice and founding member, Mara brings unparalleled expertise in organisation to our clinic and keeps all of us on schedule and doing our best. She continuously advances our ability to deliver the highest levels of care, service and efficiency to all aspects of our practice. Mara is skilled in mastering complex administrative duties, all aspects of staff training and clinic management, and Dr. Victory’s multiple schedules.

Kasia is an extraordinarily dedicated nurse practitioner. She rapidly developed a passion for women’s health and loves to form close and trusting relationships with her patients. She did this on labour and delivery and now works closely with our patients to provide them with seamless care on their journeys. Kasia’s calm, caring manner sets everyone immediately at ease and her exceptional professionalism means she takes care of you like she would her own family.

She is the gateway to understanding your unique fertility needs and is committed to helping you each step of the way.
